"Wednesday is Prince Spaghetti Day!" So went the old slogan popular with Bostonians and New Englanders for decades. Prince pasta is now part of Riviana Foods, which produces the Ronzoni brand, among many others.
This wonderful cookbooklet with its straightforward recipes and charming mid-century illustrations is one of my favorites. Now that's Italian! (Oopsie wrong brand 🤣) More here on the history of Prince!
