This one is a treasure of my collection. Not even a proper cookbook-let, I've always adored this beautifully designed advertising recipe pamphlet on how to have a festive luau, inside! I don't know the exact year of this one but I'd put it somewhere around 1959. Dole, Kraft, Parkay, Cracker Barrel, and Reynolds all get a brand mention.
