How to Clean, Pick and Chop Parsley! (and cilantro). Get any dirt off in a clean bowl of water, dry with kitchen towel. With a dinner fork, pick the leaves right off the stems! (Reserve stems for stock, or discard.) Chop leaves, using a two-handed rocking motion with chef's knife. Cover in fridge or add right in to whatever you're cooking! Now lets "cut" to the video! *hehe*
